• Assign work tasks and prioritize maintenance and repair activities to meet requirements
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies for Estate equipment to optimize performance
• Schedule and coordinate routine inspections, servicing, and repairs to minimize breakdowns and equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, water and electrical, issues.
• Manage the ordering of spare parts and consumables and maintain inventory levels.
• Monitor Estate equipment performance,  analyse data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement modifications, upgrades, and enhancements to increase equipment efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in Estate maintenance and repair activities.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and implement safety initiatives.
• Promote a culture of safety awareness and adherence to safe work practices.

People Management

• Supervise and lead a team of Estate Engineering Personnel, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Display and encourage teamwork.
• Stay updated on industry standards, technological advancements, and safety practices.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
