Job Summary

Position available: Workshop Foreman at Truck Body Building Company in Alrode.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, profitability, employee retention, client service and satisfaction, of an excellent quality product. Regularly measure and evaluate service levels and standards using client and employee feedback and develop plans for continuous improvement. Be committed, to leaning and improving through reading & working with colleagues and management. Continuous education and self-development will be of highest priorities along with a commitment to coaching and developing entire management team and staff.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understands completely & conforms to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs. Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, sanitation, and deadlines through training of employees and by creating a positive and productive working environment. Make employment and termination decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Certified Vehicle Body builder or Boilermaker (Red Seal) 10 to 15 years. Experience.

Age between 35-45 Languages:

English and Afrikaans
