Baraka Beef, a Pretoria based meat wholesaler, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team.

Minimum requirements:

• Matric

• FAIS Compliant: RE5 and NQF5

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role working in the Transportation or Automotive industry

• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance particularly in the Transport sector

• Basic computer literacy

• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to designated areas such as truck depots

• Fluent in English, Afrikaans and any other African language Key responsibilities:

• Providing telephonic / email support to the intermediary on record, authorized representatives from the brokerage and broker services

• Assisting to resolve all insurance queries within required timeframe and compliance requirements

• Source and maintain new and existing business as per company business model • Upselling of insurance products and silo business

• Engage with potential clients and obtain a needs analysis of their short-term insurance needs

• Conduct presentations to potential clients

• Ensure compliance and procedural requirements are always met
