We are looking for an organized self-starter to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. If you have excellent communication & multitasking skills, we want to hear from you!

:
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Patient, friendly, empathetic, passionately communicative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters.
• Problem Solving and are confident at troubleshooting.
• Experience with operation of multi-user telephone systems & related technology.
• Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Competent analytical skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and MS Word.
• Position in Johannesburg, ability to travel to Kempton Park – Johannesburg, daily & on time.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Services Representative, references will be verified

:
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
• Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Process and resolve, Online Enquiries, WhatsApp enquiries and Claims.
• Communicate with Regional Franchises and couriers.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
