VACANCY
THE FOLLOWING POSITION IS AVAILABLE AT SIZA WATER
CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (REF: CS/02/2024)

The successful applicant is required to perform the following key functions, amongst other duties:
Processing and monitoring of water loss applications.
• Execute and monitor submission of rates clearance figures.
• Attending to customer queries and complaints.
• Processing and monitoring of financial journals.
• Maintain and execute water collection and deliveries.
• Other related functions within the Customer Service Department.

The applicant is required to have:
• Matric with Maths.
• Diploma in Customer Service Relations or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
• A valid code 8 driver’s licence.
