Cash Crusaders: Retail Staff

Introduction

Cash Crusaders is looking to employ retail staff for their stores.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Generates sales, including upselling.
  • Ensures highest levels of customer service are maintained.
  • Ensures product knowledge is always up to date, and uses expertise / knowledge to generate sales.
  • Deals with any customer service issues that may arise and resolves promptly. Keeps management informed.
  • Ensures individual and store KPIs are met.
  • Continually assesses store’s performance and provides feedback to management.
  • Provides a high standard of visual merchandising by ensuring merchandise is attractively displayed – according to company standards and procedures.
  • Ensures wanted merchandise is available. If stock levels are not adequate, informs management.
  • Ensures that shrinkage is kept under control.

 

Leadership roles:

  • Ensures that staff KPIs are monitored and the necessary corrective action taken if KPIs are not being met.
  • Monitors ongoing performance needs and training.
  • Creates a positive environment that results in staff retention.
  • Ensures that all staff adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity, company policies and procedures.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Previous retail experience / customer service experience.
  • For leadership roles; managerial experience.
