Purpose of the role:
To ensure that customers receive great service through helping them in parking and fill up; ensuring that parking is clean and safe, and that materials used are working
well.
Key deliverables and outputs:
o containers to level specified by customer
o Checking and replenishing air pressure in vehicle tyres, oil and other vehicle fluid levels
o Assist customers with their car needs
o Check the customer’s car problem
o Monitor and regularly check the condition of the gas tanks
o Check the condition of the materials being used at the fuel station
o Knowing about products on offer and sharing that knowledge with customer
Academic qualifications:
o Matric Certificate
o Valid Driver’s License beneficial
Work experience:
o Proven track record with contactable
references
o Fluent command of English /
Afrikaans. Multilingual
o Willingness to work shifts / overtime
