Cofi Centurion is seeking a dedicated and versatile General Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and can handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. The General Worker will support the overall operations of the restaurant by performing various duties to ensure a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and setup of dining areas Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining surfaces Wash and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Handle basic food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables and assembling ingredients Replenish supplies and stock inventory, including condiments, napkins, and utensils Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and storage areas Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately Assist with receiving and storing deliveries Support waitstaff and kitchen staff as needed Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed Provide excellent customer service to guests when necessary.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and carrying heavy items Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices .
