Alu-Star is a leading manufacturer of high-quality Aluminium trailers, known for our commitment to excellence and innovation. We are currently seeking dedicated General Workers to join our dynamic team.
Position: General Worker
Key Responsibilities:
–> Tool Handling: Proficient use of standard electrical power tools and other hand tools.
–> Assembly: Building or assembling components according to drawings and specifications.
–> Equipment Inspection: Regularly check equipment and report any defects.
–> Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of trailer components.
–> General Assistance: Provide support for various tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:
–> Practical Mindset: A practical approach to problem-solving.
–> Technical Skills: General proficiency in and knowledge of basic manufacturing, repair, and maintenance work.
–> Attention to Detail: A keen eye for identifying defects or potential issues that require attention.
–> Language Skills: Afrikaans as a first language is advantageous; English as a second language.
–> Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing or repair work.
–> Transportation: Must have own transport.
–> Education: Training from Northlink or similar institutions is beneficial.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
