Andru Mining is an Opencast Mining Contractor, servicing a range of different commodity groups including, but not limited to, coal, chrome, gold, etc. At Andru Mining we are committed to efficient sustainable mining that protects the environment and add value to both our clients and the local communities. Upskilling and educating people, preparing them for current and future opportunities in the opencast mining environment is of utmost importance to us.

Location: Andru Mining’s Hard Rock Division at Nokeng Fluorspar Mine situated in the area of Rust De Winter, ± 80km north east of Pretoria.

Positions Available: 7

Duration: 4 Months

Criteria: Grade 12/Standard 10 Certificate or equivalent qualification. Must be able to obtain a Certificate of Fitness (red ticket). Must be local residents from affected local communities or surrounding farms as recognised by the mine, subject to verification. A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage. Must be willing to undergo training during various shifts. Good communication skills and business understanding is essential.
