Karen Beef is looking for an experienced Handyman to help with Day-To-Day upkeep:

• Grounds Maintenance/Landscaping
• Equipment Installation (i.e: Install Door Locks, Mounting Signs, Hanging Fixtures, etc.)
• Equipment Repair (Depending on Experience)
• All-Around Handyman

Pay will vary based on expertise and experience. Willing to add a salaried on-call professional.

We are looking to develop a long-term business relationship with the right professional.

Qualifications:

– Mechanical knowledge and experience in repair

– Ability to troubleshoot maintenance tasks

– Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices

– Previous experience in a maintenance or supervising setting

– Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance tasks and personnel

– Customer service skills to interact with on site staff and guests

– Background in manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 15 – 60 per week
